I also wondered but couldn't find a definitive answer only. Previously we were using title case. Wikipedia is fine with sentence case. Tor is not consistent in their use. So I went for sentence case. There might still be some title case in old news but the rest should be consistent now. 8 months ago |

Actually, I think that https://tails.net/doc/first_steps/reset/linux/ did not follow these rules. Fixed with c419eae445a.
