I also wondered but couldn't find a definitive answer only. Previously we were using title case. Wikipedia is fine with sentence case. Tor is not consistent in their use. So I went for sentence case. There might still be some title case in old news but the rest should be consistent now. 3 months ago |

Good catch! I'm submitted https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/merge_requests/1780 to switch to tails.net. 5 months ago |

The GitLab link works fine for me today. I don't think it changed. 5 months ago |

It's common in technical writing to capitalize the name of products or important features. That's why we write "Persistent Storage" and not "persistent storage": https://tails.net/contribute/how/documentation/style_guide/#persistent-storage. There are some debates about what deserves capitalization or not within the industry, though: https://www.reddit.com/r/ProductManagement/comments/mqjth3/arguments_for_and_against_capitalizing_feature/. So, I think that what matters here is consistency and we've capitalized the Welcome Screen until now. 8 months ago |
