To use <span class="application">Thunderbird</span> in you*Thunderbird* in another language, you can install the <span class="command"code>thunderbird-l10n-<span class="command-placeholder">lang</span></spancode> package using the [[Additional Software|doc/first_stepspersistent_storage/additional_software]] feature. Replace <span class="command-placeholder">lang</span> with the code for your language. For example, <span class="command">es</span> for Spanish or <span class="command">de</span> for German`vi` for Vietnamese.
